Celebrate the first day of summer with a fun canning project! We will be making something fruity and delicious! This is a hands-on class where you will be guided through an entire recipe, and taking a jar home. Paying participants are more than welcome to bring 1 guest who would like to watch and learn! Please allow 24 hours for the jars to finish processing (cooling). Jars can be picked up after that. The cost covers canning equipment, materials, food, and facility use. Questions?
