Q: When is Check-In and Check-Out for the WorldQuest Orlando Resort?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Must have valid credit card at check in.
Q: Is Free Wifi Available?
A: Yes, there is complimentary High Speed Internet and Wireless Access in all guest rooms, as well as Wireless High Speed Internet Access in the lobby and pool area.
Q: Does the hotel offer housekeeping?
A: Yes. We offer the following cleaning packages: OPTION 1: We can provide a Full Housekeeping Service for you daily. The fee for this service is $39.00 Plus tax per cleaning per day. Full service includes: Changing towels & Linens, Clean tile floors, Vacuum carpet, Fully clean the bathrooms, Clean kitchen & all counter tops, Load and start dishwasher (dishes will remain in the dishwasher, Remove the trash. OPTION 2: We can provide Fresh Towels for you daily. The fee for this service is $6.00 plus tax per day. OPTION 3: NO housekeeping Service. Trash removed only.
Q: Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?
A: All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. There are designated areas for smoking - please inquire with our concierge at check-in.
Q: What is the hotel resort fee?
A: The hotel resort fee includes self-parking, unlimited local & 800-number phone calls, Wi-Fi internet in all suites and public areas, 24-hour lobby coffee/tea/hot chocolate, scheduled theme park shuttles, pool toys at our outdoor pool, Pack-n Plays, weekday newspaper in the lobby, daily trash pick up from your suite, and a Welcome Starter Kit for your suite. Guests will be charged $19.95, plus tax, per suite, per night, not included in the room rate. Please note that fees may be subject to change. For specifics please inquire upon check in.
Q: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
A: Yes, there is complimentary self-parking
Q: What are the dining options at WorldQuest?
A: All of our suites come with a fully stocked kitchen so you can make a hearty dinner after a full day of excitement at the Walt Disney World® Resort and other Orlando theme parks. We also have a 24-Hour Food Market for last-minute items, snacks and easy-to-prepare meals. Check out our recommended local restaurants at our Dining Page.
Q: Does the WorldQuest Orlando Resort offer room service?
A: No, we do not offer room service.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are not allowed at the resort. Service Certified animals only, and guests must present certificate at Check-In.
Q: Can the hotel accept boxes for a guest who has not checked in?
A: We can accept packages prior to arrival. Package handling fees start at $20 for one small package (under 25 pounds) and $25 for any package over 25 pounds, for every 5 days held. Additional fees for more or larger packages or longer times may apply. Please contact the hotel directly at 407-387-3800 for the exact fee. Check with the Front Desk if you are expecting a package. Please be sure it is addressed to: ARRIVING GUEST: (NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION) 8849 WorldQuest Blvd, Orlando, FL 32821. Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned.
Q: Do you have an early departure fee?
A: No, WorldQuest does not have an early departure fee.
Q: Do you have a Fitness center and/or Pool?
A: Yes, we offer a 24 Hour fitness center and outdoor pool.
Q: Do you offer discounts to AAA members?
A: Yes, we offer a discounted rate for AAA members up to 10%.
Q: What are some of the local attractions?

Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we offer 17 ADA Accessible rooms. Check out our ADA Compliance page for more information.
Q: Will my credit card be charged when checking into WorldQuest?
A: Upon check-in, we will run an "authorization" on the card for the total room charges, plus $50/day/suite for any potential incidental charges. The card will be charged $150.00 prior to the guest's arrival. Bank Debit / Check Cards: If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay, in addition to $50.00 per day, that is held in case of incidental charges. These funds may be held by your financial institution for seven business days or longer after your departure.
Q: Does the rate include breakfast?
A: No, WorldQuest does not serve breakfast. Our Tiki Bar is open daily for lunch and dinner. We have an onsite Market open 24 hours.
